Sastojci

  • 2-3 kg Jabuka
  • 1 Solja secera
  • 1/2 kesice vanilinog  secera
  • 200-300 grama Oraha
  • 1 Limun
  • Gotove jufke ili razvijene jufke


Nacin Pripreme

Jabukovaca ili pita od jabuka, u Sarajevu je, po tradicionalnom nacinu, spravljana na isti nacin kao i baklava, s tim sto su u nadjev smijesane jos i jabuke.
Sa smjesu:

Ja licno ne koristim tirit nego samo isjeckane jabuke i orahe. Oguliti i izerendati sve jabuje dodati orahe i malu solju secera i 1/2 kesice vanilinog secera.
Jufke se slazu preko tepsije i kada se pita ispece dodajemo zaljev od solje secera i fildjan dva vode mozemo izerendati malo kore od limuna  - dodati u  nadjev kao i kod baklave.

Rezu se na dilume ili kusove(komad dobiven uzduznim presjekom).
Pecena se zalije serbetom.
